I have been amp shopping to fucking long I am losing my mind,
I needed an amp that had a great sound with the volume on the guitar turned down in distortion mode.. so it cleaned up into a "fat clean" tone, and this looks like the amp. its nice and thick thats for sure but lacks a bit of presence... but I can add that with effects etc.. hey buddy do me favor please. play the amp with the master volume on used to create a thick distorted sound then please just turn down your guitar volume +play

Man, I love it when you abuse an EL84 and it begs for MORE! An EL84 that has to be changed ever 3 or 4 months is a happy EL84!

Great sound, how much gain is available? Is it enough for some early metallica? And what color combinantion is that btw, is it cappucino/creme?
