I come up with 7/4 from 00:10 (and before, it's 3/4), a friend of mine says it's 9/8.

Wow... this song is related to a wonderful message of life and humanity.... and the first comments I find is about people judging each other for how they think different instead of finding what we have in common, and this beautiful song is a reason for me to be compassionate and humanitarian with everybody no matter what... I will not limit myself for something as stupid and silly as someone not thinking the same as I do

and im proud to be a german, i have nothing to to with thinkt which are happend in ww I/II
