He didnt "do his job in a way that people dont like". He DIDNT do his job. Thats not what a police officer's job is. He got fired because he broke the use of force guidelines and acted highly unprofessionally. If you want cops that have total power to handle every situation however they please, go get in a time machine and go back to Nazi Germany. This kid should still face charges for resisting arrest, but Hurst PD made the right call by terminating this clown.
