Together (Chinese: 和你在一起; pinyin: Hé nǐ zài yīqǐ) is a 2002 Chinese drama film directed by Chen Kaige.

Written by both Chen Kaige and Xue Xiaolu, the plot revolves around a thirteen-year-old violin prodigy Liu Xiaochun and his father Liu Cheng who move to Beijing from a small southern town. It is Liu Cheng's biggest dream that Xiaochun may find a good teacher in the city and rise to stardom. After studying under two teachers, however, the boy finds that he has learned not just music, but what is really important in life.

@Purdys The piece at 3:50 is the Violin Concerto in Re Minor Op.47 (Finale) by J. Sibelius and the piece at 4:19 is the Violin Concerto in D major, Op.77 (Allegro giocoso) by Brahms. I think i don't remember the others, sorry!

can someone please give me the list of classical pieces that start at 3:50 ? I know that Max Bruch's Viloin Concerto in 3rd movement and Pablo de Saraste's Gypsy's Air. I am especially interested in knowing what the very first piece is that starts right at 3:50 when the teacher puts on the record player. If anyone can tell, I'd be so grateful. I know I'v eheard that piece of music before.

is there another version of this movie cause i saw one that was very similar but the violinist wore glasses and his father lost the money when he was working and bikes crashed making his hat fall off
