  • its not that good technique. Not good to make it a habit to have one foot forward before executing attack. trust me i used to do like that myself it slows you down,especially when you are tired. you need to be able to attack while just standing normally. dont want to have to stick one foot out all the time.will become a hassle

  • By the end he actualy does some kind of movement that "kenshokan" tought as a tai sabaki, that sensei calls "Mae sabaki" but i'm not sure if I heard it right. Perhaps someone can give some precisions on the name?

  • It is excellent instruction (WISH IT WAS IN ENGLISH!) but it is not tai sabaki...it's Tsugi Ashi. (Follow Foot)
