It should be in the room with Lara's pistols, on the opposite side of the room... Perhaps if you're using the PS version it's different, but on the PC version it should definitely be there.

Nice but thers a few things. The beginning of the part thats not where we left off somehow. What happend there? In your Description you said Nevada desert walkthrough instead of High security compound Walkthough. The music sounds diffrent now I wonder why? :D Okay thats what I wanted to tell you just tell me when you are ready to upload the final part (I can tell part 4 is the final part because where you ended part 3 is the end of the level)Thats all I wanted to tell you I guess...
