Girl112791,Hi,I live in NY and most of the time in Thailand.most of the bathrooms are wet rooms and I have to say it is much more sanitary, when you squidgy it off you clean your bathroom everyday. This my sound gross but, with toilet paper you just wipe the poop around on your ass never really getting it all, with a sprayer you can clean it all off. When I'm back in NY and they don't have a sprayer in the bathroom,I have to wash my ass in the sink just to make sure,ha,ha!

I dont know why, but everytime i look at this kind of homes- i can say- briiliant. It is i think a future- small living but lots of time outdoors. And affordable. I think it will be a trend in building in warm countries. If only in Russia the winter could be about 0 minus 5 degrees)) Affordable and organized- not only in space but also in MIND and THOUGHTS..... Thank you for your channel

He can have a shave only if the water is warm enough to soften the facial hair! To me, that is a disadvantage! lol!

Absolutely! I imagine that that thought of knowing that, could keep a person from going insane, saving on the water bill. but, wait he hauls the water in from the river I suppose! I don't know, that isn't for me personally. I still believe that the man spent lots of time in prison in such small quarters! I mean seriously! I'm sure I'll get hit quite hard from the "greenies"! That's alright, it's meant in fun..... But , seriously!!!!!

While approximately 100 sq feet is a wee bit small for me (600 to 800 would be my preference

I absolutely love this concept but I feel claustrophobic just looking at it. Plus being a studio artist along with my husband and I loving to cook, this would never be a feasible option for us.

Jay, how do you have the Epu insured? For both building replacement and personal property or just one of the two?
