This type of code business is why Jay puts his on WHEELS...it then is classified as an RV! As an RV it is exempt from the building codes!

You have to really love your family to live in this house with them. I think it would work out better as a guest home for the in laws..lol

I love the idea of a tiny private space like this. I love my books and my tools, but a little hide-a-way would be lovely for all sorts of reasons.

In one of the last shots you can see what looks like a two-burner stove to the right of the sink.  6:35, under the window.

The fact that it is a "trailer" does not work either because the state frowns on that as well.

It is very frustrating when dealing with a bureaucracy that all ways seems to think it knows best.
