"What does it mean to be human?"

My own interpretation of what it means to be human, a video response to MadV's " The Humans Project"

The Humans Project:

Humans,
What are they,
Are they just a simplistic combination of flesh, bones, skin and nerve endings?

Are we just bipedal primates belonging to the mammalian species with a highly developed brain capable of abstract reasoning, language, and introspection?
Are we just another statistic,
Are we just another problem?

Or are we something more complex,?

With emotions, that trigger our actions, our reactions.

With the ability to manipulate these emotions for better or for worse,

With good intentions and bad intentions,

With common differences and similarities,




With a want for place that they can call home,

With a need and a want for things,

Opinions to express, and morals to live by,

According to a dictionary, Humans are: Carbon based life forms

But that is not all we are,

We laugh,

We smile,

We hate,

We cry,

We love,

We destroy and start wars,

We keep peace and deter conflict,

We are together,

We......are humans.

Took over a month to organize, film/write, hardest part was finding time where i could get together with the people to film.

The clouds were time lapses of about 10 minutes compressed into about 20-40 seconds each.

I edited with Sony Vegas 8 pro and filmed on a Sony Handcam 505

I wrote it, filmed it, edited it.

We are vessel's of Oneness thru consciousness, our hub is GOD/UNIVERSE/DIVINITY, etc..

Since creation everyone believes We were born to die, so whats the purpose, besides taking up space??

Only "WE" created the concept that man must do whatever within 100 years than just die!

Hows that for a limiting belief-system, thanks to our parents, teachers, authority-figures, and ALL THE WEAK LIKE-MINDED SO-CALLED LEADERS and their naive sheep!!

Humans are much more than beings on Earth. We have the power and intelligence to take information and our surroundings, and create, shape, reconstruct, them into what we want or destroy them. We have the ability to laugh, cry, hate, love, and remember. But it's not what we are that makes us so special. It's who we become.
