He's acting like he's separate from Harrisburg, the state government, when is as much a part of it as Tom Corbertt, Ridge, Spector, Sestak, & all the other politcos who are running. They all runnin' to be the no # 1 pimps, in they're respective positions of Pennsylvania state government.
