Its a difficult debate. Ofcourse we could return power to the principal to chose who to fire at any given time. But then the rich schools would ALWAYS have all the best teachers. And the only teachers working at poor schools would be the rejects. At least now the teachers being spread around could be either. And there is also the matter of older teachers quite simply being unhirable, even though they might be quite capable and good teachers, after a certain age, noone wants u.

Thank you Ana totally agree. My favorite teacher ever was fired due to not having tenure, a 24 year chemistry teacher who did a 180 to the high school AP Chem program. Pity years count over effectiveness.

Ana's the best. Idiots who hated her in the first place clearly never spent time with a woman. She always has the most balanced and unbiased opinion on things from a woman's perspective, never too feminist. Excellent member of the team and it is really great for her to get her time to herself without Cenk around, as much as the banter between the two of them is one of the main reasons worth watching!
