Thai Pineapple Salad

A light delight from the http://Raw-Pleasure.com.au kitchen! Oh yum! I've been having sweet fruit and green salads for ages. Then I started craving an old pineapple curry I used to make ages ago, rustled through the cupboards and fridge and voila! A new favourite salad...

I thought maybe you had a restaurant or that you were some kind of star in Australia.I'm from California, I've been collecting raw recipes and I just ran across your channel. If you published a cook book, it could be then referenced to your wonderful videos...or maybe you've done that already. Anyway, thanks again.
