John this did not rock well just send the player and casinomeister some beer too and have some better and fast follow up on emails. You know you can do a lot better.

It will improve and I agree, this doesn't look good but it's a good kick in the rear so I don't mind the video at all.

Player has been contacted yesterday and am trying to help solve the issue.
Apologies to the player for the late response. I was made aware of this maybe 2 days ago from one of my player agents so the ball was dropped on our end.
