Pickled eggs and Beer. YUUUUUUUUUM BOY! They ought to be in every bar. I used some Tabasco brand Habernero sauce in my last batch. HOT...But..interesting flavor believe it or not. Cholula brand Chipotle hot sauce also makes interesting pickled eggs. I like lots of onion and garlic shreds and whole peppercorns in mine.

Say I noticed you treated the lid for the sausage as if you were canning it. Then you handled your lid for the eggs with your hands. I guess what I'm asking is if you boil your jars and lids and properly seal them, how long will they last on the shelf? Thanks.

@holdemstacy With all the vinegar & hot sauce, Aint no germs gonna survive. This aint ya mamas jam/jelly. They will keep for at least 2 or 3 months easy. Refrigerate em & its 6 months easy. They do get hotter though

After lettin em sit for the two weeks, how long is the shelf life on them after that?
