I think the driving characteristics are really good actually. This is my favorite racing game so far.

This game is good. If you are looking for a hardcore sim, this is not it, but it's a fun game. I enjoyed creating my own team and choosing the sponsors, liveries, team mate, etc. I don't like that brown atmosphere this game has, but if you are on PC, you can easily change that with a mod.

@alsonaopdorp grid 2 when it's out. Or dirt 2. Dirt 3 looks and feel great but I just don't find it fun in anyway.
