  • I think this video shows why as brother Bassam said muslims should always say InshaAllah when asked if they are going to paradise. When Thabiti was asked the question in the middle he said yes, and during his concluding statement he mentioned he was a former muslim. I guess its clear now why we say InshaAllah and may Allah guide us all..Ameen

  • Excellent video, jazak Allah khir.

The passages from Deut. aren't universal, but for the state of Israel at that specific time and place.

When Jesus says that loving God and your neighbor is ALL the law and the prophets, he makes clear what's the law to follow for us. Parables like the Good Shepherd or the Lost Son, make perfectly clear how he sees apostates.

So I'm perfectly consistent attacking Islam on that topic - it tries to change Jesus' message, a thing he told us false prophets would do.

  • @pantherlake2002

It surely doesn't; look up Jesus' parable of the lost son.

God still loves people who turn away from him and hopes that they'll find their way back. Christians are told to love everyone - God is the judge. I'm a sinner myself, who am I to condemn an apostate?

In the (deeply deterministic) Islamic view, God himself leads people away from him, being the greatest deceiver.

Also, the "your own bible!!!"-argument doesn't make the Muslim problems disappear.

  • @mawa89g what is your problem with that if you are a christian? Your own God and your own bible agrees with Bassam Zawadi that apostates should be killed,

  • Google the essay "Of course Apostates should be killed" and look who wrote it...Bassam Zawadi. One quote from it:

"You non-Muslims say that people should be free to practice their religion. Our religion states that apostates must be killed. So allow us to freely practice our religion."

  • Jesus is the only way to heaven.

    1 Thessalonians 4:14.

For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep (die) in Jesus will God bring with him (to heaven).

    Acts 16:30-31.

And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved (from hell)? 31--And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

  • nice work brother. may Allah give guidence to christian brothers. May they follow the real teaching of jesus(pbuh) and not the teaching of paul who was an enemy of jesus. we muslims love jesus and in reality we follow the pathway of jesus
