If by "uses the web" you mean "sends unsolicited bulk email" then that makes every candidate a spammer. If that is the case then don't vote. Voting for a spammer who is trying to get your vote is as bad as buying viagra from one who is trying to sell you viagra. It encourages them and makes you complicit in filling our inboxes with crap.

Enough with the jumping to a close up shot and then back to normal. If you want it to feel like a real youtube video you shot in your den, you ought to get up and turn on and off the camera yourself. :-)
