I went through a checkpoint in San Diego July 2011. It was my first time ever going through one so I decided to roll the camera. The conduct of the police is outrageous. Screw that, I refuse to pay $637.00 fine for not rolling down the widow, no DUI charge but obstruction at a nonlegal road block. Laughable how the judge sweetly talked her way around his rights to fill the city coffers. Send me to jail, let them feed and house me while I appeal the case. Then I'll bring a cival lawsuite on each of those cops. I would also report the judge for violation of my rights and sue her and city for damage and stress for millions.
