I put 3 x 4s lipo's into mine. Even with the original Graupner jets the speed is quite fair. Kehrer might be better but no chance to change that without ripping the boat to shreds.

The boat is running very slow, i guess you're using the original graupner jet's! Better to use a Kehrer Jet. The boat will gain speed with different jet's.
