I would suggest filming more outside, and getting a new board. The end of the board you were pogoing on looks destroyed, and it probably doesn't help your balance at all.

I might learn the trick at 1:48 myself. And the one at 2:04 also. 2:04 has a lot of potential if you make some combos with it.
