Where we take a pair of glasses from the high street, and a pair from our range, and compare them.

This time looking at bendable rimless glasses from Vision Express at £169, and a similar pair from our range at £90.

Have an in depth look and see what differences there are.

These prices were right as of 01/08/2008.

Is there anything else you'd like to see about these glasses to compare them?

  • I'm really sorry you had problems with your glasses you bought from us. If you want to contact me privately I'd like to find out what went wrong with your glasses.

As for the prices. I paid £169 for those bendable rimless glasses, which were in a deal at the time. To buy the same now would cost me around £250, not £99. £109 for the frames, and around £150 for the lenses. That prices comes direct from the same store which I just called.

Glasses Direct price is still £90.

  • glasses direct messed up my spex, and vision express sorted it out. and this video is misleading because vision express do them at £99 and the service is worth the £9.
