In this episode we go over some basic ways to experiment with drum loops to get desired results. Simple glitching and loop editing techniques will be covered now. Stay tuned for a later episode to cover more advanced ways to mangle a good breakbeat.

  • @MAXIMUSMISCHIEF That's a sample from my track, "War Dance". It came out a while ago but you can probably still find it on my Soundcloud profile.

  • i agree it's easier to cut and paste loops but to do that you have to have a good idea of what you want to accomplish. this technique lends itself to experimentation and allows you to play around with the loop to find interesting variations.

  • its easier to just cutnpaste loops. however this is viable as a live juggle tool.
