  • i wonder. does he feel like there's anything he can't do with a guitar? it must be liberating to be only be limited in what you can imagine vs. what you are good enough to play. it sucks to suck lol

  • @katinkers I was reading the wikipedia page for Shred Guitar just today, and the comment made by Steve Vai towards the end says it all..."The terminology used for someone who can play an instrument, and has such a tremendous amount of technique that what they do just seems completely effortless and absurd...."

  • it should be illegal to be so good .

  • @charliehustlenflow cont. There are several videos on YouTube from this concert, "Live at Ohne Filter [1993]"...just the 'power trio' for that show, (no harmonica or sax). Also some clips from this show "Live At The Quick [2003]"...a stage full of guests & a variety of sounds @ this show! Look for the Synthax Drumitar played by Futureman...unique in the percussion world. I'll let you discover for yourself the wonder that is Victor Wooten, look for his solo work...amazing!

  • @charliehustlenflow Béla Fleck & The Flecktones. They are comprised of Béla Fleck/banjo (I know...weird), Victor Wooten/bass, his brother Roy (Futureman) Wooten/percussion, and Howard Levy/harmonica and piano. Also with them for a stretch was saxophonist Jeff Coffin. Flecktones sound is hard to pigeon hole...jazz/fusion/rock/bluegrass/world/funk....you get the idea, extremely eclectic. Look for 'The Sinister Minister' from the first album, 'Falling Forward' from the latest.

  • @JCGREENGENES what is this flecktones you speak of

  • @69cohonas holdsworth isnt human lol

  • @rintintin7529 Actually, for the diversity factor, Greg toured with N Sync...Hmmmm, I wonder if JT availed himself of one of the best teachers while he was available? JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE just might be the next 'Guitar God', so tread lightly friend...tread lightly. Timberlake is coming.

  • @arpeggios070590 i agree with you about his talent, but holdsworth is better
