  • actually tankypoo, you should do both of those things if you're pushing big boy weight. you should arch your back, look it up. and when he said "pull your legs under your back" what he's saying is, you're legs need to be angled slightly towards you so that its easier to arch.

  • this is very wrong... you cant just lie there and pull the bar up and down... when you lie down you must pull your legs under your back and arch your back...
