@kihonfc from jitsu website: "Standard Ude Garami is the only rotational arm lock allowed [in competition] and must be seen to attack the elbow and not the shoulder joint". The second one (keylock, americana, etc) is not an elbow lock, but a shoulder lock. You must have it the wrong way around.
