  • Hey, can you tell when the European World Tour was? I saw this when I was a child (I think about in 1990, when I was eight?!) and I fell in love with it incredibly.

  • @btothefloflo i I do like her version better than most of the others I have seen in my short lived life. I just think maybe she was sick this day because there have been some other videos with her b4 where she sings the notes. This day those notes are too low for her so she just spoke them. Belting diva's are my absolute fav! SJB, Karen Olivo, ShoBean, Sherie Scott, Sharon Wilkins, Mary Testa, and Patti are some of the most amazing top belting divas to ever hit the great white way!

  • @ive8er she was most likely directed to speak-sing specific phrases, and those particular notes are of no importance to her character, she is clearly an accomplished actress, and her vocal placement, especially while belting to an F at the end, is clearly better than "ok" it's flawless female belt technique

  • @btothefloflo ...u have to be joking me? "Star Quality," "This Is where I'm Staying," "Tell the singer this is where I'm playing." Those are all 2 low for her so she speaks them instead of singing them. She might be able to hit them all on a normal day but on this exact performance her voice is unable to reach so she does not even attempt to sing the right notes...she just speaks them. She has ok technique, but at least you can understand every word she is saying during the song unlike some ppl.

  • @ive8er and the notes are not to low for her in this song, and her vocal technique is practically perfect

  • @GinaLGarcia in this scene Evita is 14 years old, 15 at the oldest, so she should sound young and practically on the verge of girlish excitiment.

  • These low notes are too low for her.

  • sounds like laura bell beundy as eva peron

  • Thanks Nick!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • west side story dance at the gym
