Engine stand doesnt cure Shitty installs....

an engine test stand would make you less careless when you install an engine? loose hose clamps and poorly routed wires can hardly be blamed on no test stand

I got a serious burn on my arm once from a upper radiator hose blowing off. That shit wasn't fun.

Love to see the perseverance and dedication to get it right.

all that for a slow truck , and this video also doesnt show you all needing an engine stand , it just shows you need to be better mechanics .

how would starting the engine on the stand help with wiring stuff to the cars harness wrong? If the cable melted then you dont pay attention to detail when wiring up the motor

14.25@ 99.07mph is hella good in a blazer! good vid, the reactions were funny.
When the cables melted did the engie by it self or did u turn it off?

We shut it off after we saw sparks. There is a battery kill switch in the back, fortunately.

People need to chill on the smart-assed comments. If you're god at cars, go work on one instead of bitching about people who are still learning. I doubt you knew what you were doing your first time swapping a motor. BTW I love how the nova waxes the blazer while barely revving. Gotta love the good 'ol 500's.
