This is the latest design & engineering remix out of our exclusive Hoboken command center, featuring the Akai Miniak with the Roland TR707 rhythm composer in a mashup showing how mortgage banking invests in economic diversity as a cornerstone of community planning. Or something like that.

The two public domain source reels for the video come from the always-appreciated Prelinger Archive at archive.org; the color clips are from Road To Better Living (1959), with the black and white footage lifted from Birth Of A City, which is undated but might be from around the mid-1950s. Vintage shots of Denver and its suburb of Broomfield are sprinkled throughout the black and white segments.
