@stefni99 I've read that the time during the day when your body is at it's best "workout state" is from 17-18 in the evening. That's just what I've heard though :)

Well use this 6 days a week with 6 videos of her in a day..do what she says..or just do 1 intense hour of exercise with a 5 minute break..note you will get sore drink 1 gallon of water a day and lots of fruits and vegetables and you'll get results in no time;)
