DoubleMag with Dimple Plate

DoubleMAG is our patented modular Electro Permanent magnetic clamping system.
The Dimple Plate has dimples located at selective locations. The magnet has spring loaded locator balls.
DoubleMAG can be located on the plate using the locator.
Once the magnet is in position, the magnet can be switched ON.
Based on the patented unique nature of DoubleMAG, the job clamps to the magnet and the magnet clamps to the base plate.
This makes it clamp a job without any additional clamps for either the magnet or the job.
It can be used for clamping of ferrous components ideal for all application like milling/ drilling/ grinding/ drilling etc.
