@osiank - 1st of all, i did work for chase, and was quite successful. You are a spineless drone and a moral bottom feeder if you feel that the way Chase conducts its business is both ethical and "right" for the customers and their needs. You will not get promoted by kissing ass in a youtube forum however im sure its a small glimpse into your empty head and brown nose from being so far up your managers ass! The huddles are crap! Employees ARE treated as expendable and moralis VERY low!

Chase wants to take away everone's individuality. Market Managers follow this shit and don't speak up becuase they are fearfull of loosing there own jobs. Market Managers at Chase don't even know how to do there own jobs and only got lucky or kissed the right ass to be a Market Manager. Market managers are a bunch of clueless pussy's and are afraid to speak up and back the staff up. They are only out for themselves.

I hate to say it but this is absolutely true.. And its not solely with the personal bankers, it goes for the tellers as well. They want you to try and convince the customer for something that they don't want much less, need and if you don't make your numbers for the day or for the week, no matter how hard you try, it isn't good enough.

Personal Bankers at Chase are slaves. Bankers are being pressured to cell online banking, credit cards and all the bullshit Chase has. Then, if Chase wants to fire same baker, Chase finds or just twist facts around and fires bankers. That is true, everyone is afraid to speak up.

@chasesux true to an extent dude, it all depends on the district and the branch... I worked in the best branch in the best district in the country for 2 years. It was a lot like this bc there is a disconnect between what upper management wants and what gets put on the floor, it honestly is still better then any other bank all around. B of A is a fee for all bank, they fuck clients on fees like no other. I'm at a branch now where I dont get microed like this, I'm killing it - the right way...
