yes i was actually running, but a steady pace would have been the easy part. The real trick is when you keep running and stopping and running again and so forth. this makes for the "sled" to start bouncing back and forth like crazy, the "pendulum" effect. you must know what's coming in advance, and apply pressure on the pole accordingly.. but it's not easy!

skating on cobblestone.. well i never tried myself, but i guess it's got to be no harder than usual.. it's just more shakey..
