The top destination on our "scuba diving wishlist". Unfortunately not filmed with an High Definition camera, but with my Fuji FinePix E900 with a video resolution of 640x480 (30fps). We saw all major wild and marine life, like Whalesharks, Galapagos Sharks, schooling Hammerheads, Manta Rays, Eagle Rays, Sea Lions and of course the Giant Tortoise on land. We even spotted an Orca at the surface but I have no video of that. Sit back, bring out your popcorn and enjoy the show...

Wij waren er in oktober 2007. De beste tijd om te gaan voor onderwater is september, oktober, november. Niet de beste tijd voor bovenwater, want er is dan veel kans op mist en de temperatuur valt tegen. Dit is wel de beste tijd om groot spul te zien zoals Hammerheads en Walvishaaien. Hammerheads zijn er altijd, maar Walvishaaien niet. Als je ooit gaat, zorg er dan wel voor dat je naar Darwin/Wolf gaat, dat is top en is het water het warmst. Is wel 16 uur varen van de hoofdeilanden.
