Sorry Bush does get the blame for our current economy, as do all republicans who has refused to do any work. The republicans goals right now is to unseat Obama and so they decided to blame him, instead of working with him. Now the tea parties, omg these idiots are flipping insane, and getting a lot of the Christians votes. I do not think Obama is perfect, but name one president who has had the opposite refusing to get any thing done? Never happened.

Actually after W cut taxes government revenues went up and unemployment was pretty stinking low. The economic crisis was due to the banks lending to people they shouldn't have been and the housing bubble burst. These were in my opinion fueled by democratic policies. I do not think he deserves a pass in that respect but to put all of the blame on him is kind of ridiculous. Obama wants to rewrite history to make us all think W was Jimmy Carter and he wasn't.

Yea a whole $600 per year for me, millions for the wealthy, the supposed job creaters. Where are the jobs? Obama first had to clean up Bush's mess. It is easy to break glass, but putting that together is near impossible. The glass is our country, so no we can't get a new one.

But Obama couldn't prevent the bail out Bush signed in to law. Obama couldn't stop the wars that Bush started. Obama couldn't ended the tax breaks to corporations that farmed out jobs to other countries. Obama inherited the biggest mess from Bush, and republicans have done nothing, but said they want Obama out, so they refused to work with him.

Obama had 2 full years of house and senate majorities and what did he do? Ran up massive debt giving loan guarantees to his beloved green energy donors/bundlers and the healthcare bill most people don't even want. A recent poll showed only 24% of people want the whole law to stand and most want it repealed completely.

The tax cuts were for everyone who paid taxes. It wasn't only for certain people. And if they are so evil, Obama shouldn't have extended them! And say whatever you want about Bush, when it comes to spending, Obama is king by a wide margin. He has spent more in less than 4 years than Bush did in 8. Of course republicans needed to block that. Obama is a hot mess.

Massachusettes' unemployment rate went up every year under Romney. He took a job creating state economy and killed it. His record as governor was so bad he doesn't even campaign there. What a horrible choice Republicans have made.

So did you like Bush giving a stimulus package, and increasing our debt to over a trillion with tax cuts to the wealthy, and giving tax cuts to corporations who out sourced jobs, and started how many unpaid wars, and when bush left office 700,000 jobs per month lost. Obama gets in, then repubs are elected in congress, and all they did was fight on every thing, not passing anything, when Obama has tried to work with them. I do not love Obama, but the repubs are just evil.
