  • Tail heavy, tail heavy...

  • Why not add a small taped lead weight to the battery that way its correct each time as well ??

  • I'm guessing you resolved this issue, but if not, the answer is to put a second weighted nut on the end of the prop shaft. I had the same problem and it now flys like a dream.

  • iwas thinkig the same thing, jesus is that the hardes you can do.

  • Put a bit of efort into throwing it!

  • Well done m8, I really enjoyed watching this!

  • Pilot not the plane? Hmm, I fly alot fast and trickier planes than this, including a Sky Scooter with a super hot brushless and a 3D flier. I have hundreds of hours in the air. That is why this plane bugs me.

As far as CG, I have balanced the plane as indicated in the instructions, and I have pushed the battery back and forth in increments. Since I posted, I did have two OK flights, but still twitchier then heck. Never had an experience like this one.

  • You prob have a CG problem, If it's too far aft you'll probably get a very snappy plane.

  • thomas 196x2000 needs some help with his setup of his plane.these are great parkflyers i have one and love it.i think you will find those strange handeling episodes have more to do with the pilot than the plane.

  • (cont from below...) can easily tear the fuselage, which is not cheap. A little plastic framework inside holds everything, breathe on it the wrong way and it breaks, requiring a major repair job. No matter how careful and straight you are hand launching it, the plane has such quirky handling that you can have a great launch one time, the next time, it just veers and crashes. In flight you will be going STRAIGHT, then lose lift somewhere and crash. Worst plane I have ever seen, or flown.
