Kai...How do you make that awesome potsticker sauce? It's a soy, sesame, vinegar and sugar mixture. Every Chinese restaurant I go to has it. However, they all say it's a secret family recipe.

@starryskies88 means your heat was not high enough, the juices come out of the chicken when you cook it too slowly initially.. the initial heat should be very very high.

Just made this dish.. it was great. I would love to have it with a little more spice... maybe add some Chile
Garlic is the best thing since oxygen.
