O don't worry I'm not gonna try this myself. I do want to start taking gymnastics though, but it could be a little hard to find a teacher/class because I'm pretty sure most people start before they're 16.

Daniel picked up that trick while he was in Germany, where he learned how to do early takeouts and combine two of them to buy enough time for a handshake. But the high 5 is a lot easier and a lot more fun :)

I was a gymnast when I was growing up. I think the best way to learn a standing tuck is learning on a mat that is on an incline to give you some extra hang time before the landing. The trick is to jump up instead of back, and not to throw your head back but instead to get momentum for rotation from your swinging arms prior to the jump.
Don't hurt yourself though :)
