@MattHatter When I saw the Band of Gypsy's gig at the Fillmore for the very first time on video, it's clear his jams were much more intense.. I'm probably wrong about the "black band" thing because he kicked ass at Berkeley and his band was "The JH Experience". His playing was a little out of whack at Woodstock EXCEPT FOR THE STAR SPANGLED BANNER.. Maybe too high? LOL
