A close friend of mine who I have known for a while now that I met online^^ on a very unique and special chat program called "paltalk".I met him in a room on "paltalk" called "A room for conscious rEvolution".His name is "ChristophPEbert".He has created a philosophy that I know in my "heart" can truly help out others that are struggling through life and not knowing where to turn to or what to do and the steps to take to really change their lives around.I fully back up what my friend is doing "110" percent.The name of the philosophy he has created and devloped is called "realize2actualize".This philosophy and concept relates very much to my life because of how everything effects my mind, and body.My friend is very similar to myself we are a lot alike.Even just by knowing this way of thinking can change the way you react to things with your mind and your body which then can change and shape your life for the better.If u want to know more about my friend and his philosophy you can learn and check it out and subscribe to my friends youtube group if you feel like at

I didn't know about the throat clearing thing. I was watching a movie called suicide circle from japan in toward the end there is a boy in it that clears his throat alot. There was no hint as to why he was doing that, but after watching your video I make the conclusion that the character in the movie had that instance of tourettes. Thank you for the info on tourettes.

I just got through watching all of your videos, and I must say that I really enjoyed seeing them. They are very educational and I appreciate the fact that you took your time to show us what TS is and how it affects people. Oprah should see this and call you for an interview...lol. I seriously think that you'd be a great person to interview.
