  • @orvie8 I wish it was 67degrees here! This morning I woke up to my whole car covered with frost.. I scraped the frost off my windows with a CD, haha. Thank you, we are so excited!

  • armygirl821, Ya you're right about having to expose a certain percentage of your skin to the sun and it does need a certain amount of time exposed to produce vitamin D. I didn't take into consideration that not everybody is in a climate similar to the one I have lived all my life here in sunny southern California. Congrats to you and your husband on your pregnancy! Sounds like your off to a heathy start! Oh, it's 67degrees and warm today in SoCal. Just had to let you know!

  • @orvie8 If you live in the North East of US you are more bound to have a deficiency because you don't get enough sun exposure. Especially because we have longer winters and a small amount of your skin is exposed to the sun..
