  • Thanks for the comment. Every body is a critic these days! I studied from Bruce King, Romanna and Mary Bowen. I'm working on a antique reformer that is older than your teachers you mentioned.

  • I will have a series of mini lectures on youtube for purchase. These lectures will include unique hardly seen exercises and teaching skills. For more information please contact me through youtube.

  • I would love for u to critique my work.

  • you are amazing! I have been doingPhysiotherapy exercises for two years, and I am learning Pilates training. I've been practicing for 3 months now. I have Degenerative Disc Disease (C4,C5, and C6), with annoying spasms in my back muscles. I have a strong core, but I can't strengthen my back muscles without going into spasms. Any helpful suggestions?

  • Hi! I love your work and I'm interested about your mini lectures. How can I find these?

    Thank you and Congratulations!

  • I love that machine! Classic, it;s like a car without seat belts.

  • Excellent plank, and boy would I like to get my hands on that beautiful reformer. CLASSIC. Thanks

  • No offense, but the flow of movements and transitions look a little bit chopy to me and also see trembling when holding position. All movements in Pilates are a flow of movements and the transitions from one to the next it is supposed to be slow....SLOW!!!! I studied the modalities of Michael King and Stott Pilates.

  • it's so refreshing seeing someone doing pilates with an amazing form and rhythm! u know whats up! ;)

  • I Love it!!!! I love the forearm position, I was just playing with it myself and now I know better where to place my arms! And just so you know, I adore coordination and loved seeing you do it. Do you have massive variations for it?
