Saint Rose Records wants to press the second full length album from Santa Rosa, CA's POLAR BEARS on 210 gram heavyweight vinyl, and we need your help. After an EP and an LP released only on CD, Polar Bears are readying their magnum opus "Council Madrone," a single 35 minute track that has been years in the making. We (the label and the band) focus on creativity and community more than making money, so each record will be lovingly assembled by hand, with limited silk screened prints by 2nd Wind Printing in Santa Rosa.

Polar Bears are a power trio rock band, whose music uses heavy aspects of improvisation and equally mixes hard rock, jazz, and punk influences. Some say Unwound, some say Fugazi, Shane's dad says, "a mix of Yes, early Metallica, and Foo Fighters." We love you, David.

This record will be HEAVY, on so, so many different levels.

Polar Bears have shared the stage with: the Velvet Teen, Victims Family, Rx Bandits, Aloha, NoMeansNo, Cursive, Tera Melos, the Casket Lottery and many, many more.

Saint Rose Records is hoping to set a new standard of music and art in Sonoma County, already releasing records by EMILY JANE WHITE, VICTIMS FAMILY & LOW-FIVE.
