Why do you feel the fucking need to argue with everything they say. You'd be on the road in like half the time if you just bit the fucking bullet instead of being mister hard ass accusing them of harassment every 10 seconds.

The driver, the one with the camera, was just walking a fine line. Very close to get arrested for interfering. Stepping out of the vehicle when not told to do so while legally detained, stepping in the traffic lane putting himself and other motorists in danger, all this is nothing but looking to get arrested. Well, he will grow up one day, and he will see this stupid stunts with a more mature eyes. Right now, he is still a pup.
