Arizona has been challenged in court on immigration issues 7 times and won 7 times. The man who wrote this law is a constitutional professor and scholar - SB1070 will stand. The ACLU continues to defend illegal alien intruders instead of standing up for the rights of LEGAL citizens in Arizona whose rights are trampled on each and every day in Arizona by illegal alien intruders.
