Fabforeone,
My wife also makes me fresh juice. And a couple of times she put Gabon in the juice. It really did make the juice terribly bitter!! I told her please don't juice the Gabon. She said, "But it's good for you." So I told her I would eat the Gabon, just don't mix it in the juice machine.
I would like to learn more about going live raw food. I eat a lot of fresh whole food, but not completely. Thanks for watching and posting.

That last fruit you had that was grapefruit like is also called a honey pomelo or reunion fruit in china. I like grapefruit but i really like this pomelo better cus it's not sour. Most of the fruit i get here in canada is really bad in the sense that it is picked unripe and shipped up here and ripens on the shelf...yuck... but we got no choice so I eat them any way. I gotta move to one of these place that have all those fruits. Being a live raw foodist i gotta do what i gotta do.

@fabforceone
Thanks for the good post about my video and the information about the honey pomelo. My wife gets a similar fruit called (I think) Gabon. It is more like grapefruit, but more bitter than sour. My wife tried using this in my juice machine or smoothie, and it make everything just too bitter. The fruit we ate in Thailand was very delicate, not bitter, not sour, not too sweet. Just right.
I'll try to make a segment on Hawaii fruit soon. We have some good ones in Chinatown.
