The following excerpt is from the "Chicago Democrazy 2011" Documentary, a CCEG Project.

On the morning of December 10, 2010, at approximately 10:35am, outside the Board of Elections building, Mr. Black was being unconstitutionally handcuffed, physically threatened, put into a Chicago Police marked vehicle and later humiliated by loud questioning in the public way. His alleged crime? Wearing a "Indict Rahm" button on his coat collar. He was immediately released upon learning that he was one of the Petitioner-Objectors against Rahm Emanuel's Candidacy Nominations Papers, as filed.

Apparently (according to what the cop was saying) he was detained for entering into an apartment building (next to the BoE building?) that objected to his costume.

Mr. Black was ejected from private property. While I certainly admire Mr. Black's spunk and have no argument with the substance of the somewhat oversized "Indict Rahm" symbol - the cops did exactly what Mr. Black could certainly ask the cops to do had it been Mr. Black's private property.

Is it because every person I encounter hates him. He has zero support & the comments are 100% negative? This election was predetermined before he even announced running. His vicotry was guaranteed the day Daly stepped down.
