5、倒拽九牛尾式

  右式:接上式;逆呼吸;右腳跨前一步,成右弓步,同時右掌從體後向體前變握拳,翻腕上抬,拳心朝上停於面前。左掌順式變拳,拳心朝上停於體後,兩肘皆微屈;力在雙膀,目視­右拳。式定後約靜立半分鐘。

  左式:左右手腿勢互換,左腿蹬力,身體隨之前移,重心落於右腿,繼左腳提起跨前一步,成左弓步,同時左拳從體後向體前翻抬,右拳從面前向體後翻落,成左式;式定後約靜立半­分鐘
