Just returned from Playa Grande, a jewel of the Caribbean and one of our favorites in Dominican Republic. The whole day was filled with positive emotions, all senses were pleased with crystal clear waters, softest sand and fresh breeze. The video was shot about 20 minutes before thunder storm, the last shot shows some light clouds, but the dark skies followed just in minutes.
Playa Grande is located between Cabrera and Nagua, about 1.5 hour drive from Puerto Plata International airport. There are no hotels nearby nor shops or restaurants, making this place unique and not only in Dominican Republic. Enjoy these moments recorded today 15th of September 2011.
