I get in about 800 calories a day. That is all I can do right now. I usually have an Unjury protein drink for breakfast which is 42 g. of protein, and 270 cals. Lunch is 28 natural almonds, 160 cal and 6g protein. Dinner is usually fish or chicken and a small amount of veg. So 60 g of protein and drink your water!! You are doing so well. Don't base your loss on me. Keep up the good work..

wow you look amazing and your doing awesome. can i ask you how many calories your getting in. i am 18 weeks and lost 50lbs. if you could give me a little pointers i would love that,. amazing 106lbs less in 5 months congrats. =D
