Besides this addvert being super shallow and racist and stupid, etc, why the fuck does it need to be so dramatic?! Seriously? It's a commercial for cream, not the holy grail. I don't think it warrants 5 parts.

I used to look up to Priyanka Chopra as a beautiful and successful BROWN skinned Indian actress. Seeing her in these whitening cream commercials makes me hang my head in shame.

This doesn't have anything to do with race or racism. Every person is the same race, this has to do with High and Low caste people in India. The highest Caste(s) have the palest skin. Why? Because their ancestors are euro-caucasian. This is standard fare in India. Lighter skin is simply preferred. So what? If darker skin was preferred would I scream and cry about it, just because I'm not dark?? OH hell no, people only give a SHIT if it's about being white or "lighter" - get real.
